THE 35-LESSON SERIES IS PRO-RATED OVER 9 MONTHS SEPTEMBER - MAY:

• 45 Minute lessons @$50 = $194 per month, $875 per semester,  or $1750 in full

• 90 Minute lessons @$100 = $388 per month, $1750 per semester,  or $3500 in full (45 minutes piano & 45 minutes voice)

• BILLING WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL ON THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH

     (This is advance payment for the upcoming month)

• PAYMENTS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THE 25th OF THE MONTH

• PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE VIA THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

  • CASH

  • CHECK (Must be made out to Lora Fabio

  • ZELLE (through your bank to mine)

  • PAYPAL IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED

CANCELLATION & MAKE-UP POLICY: 

• Students are permitted two (2) make-up lessons per semester.

• Semesters are before January and after January through to the last lesson. 

• Any lessons canceled after two (2) per semester are forfeited.

• Make-up lessons must be scheduled before the 35 Lesson Series ends and will not be carried over to summer or fall

• Please do not ask me to make exceptions for you or your child.

• If at all possible, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

 

REASONS I WILL MAKE UP LESSONS:

• Illness or performance-related conflicts.

• Inclement weather would be my make up lesson.

• It is your responsibility to contact me to schedule a make-up lesson.

 

REASONS I WILL NOT MAKE UP LESSONS

• Simply forgetting and not notifying me, sports or work conflicts, school trips, social engagements, too much homework or parent scheduling conflicts.

 

I require a one month notice to discontinue lessons.

I reserve the right to terminate this contract if these terms are not honored.
